It appears Toronto FC will not be appealing an automatic suspension given to Benoit Cheyrou following his ejection from Saturday's game. The club was in talks with Major League Soccer about the incident, but have decided against appealing the decision.
Cheyrou was sent off following a pair of incidents early last match against the Colorado Rapid.
