TAMPA (April 2, 2024) – The University of South Florida sailing team closed out its regular season and finished seventh overall in the Dellenbaugh Women's Team Race regatta hosted by Brown University.
This weekend, temperatures were more moderate than the past few regattas, to the delight of the Bulls sailors, with winds 5-18 knots and highs near 50 degrees.
With 11 teams competing in this premiere event, there was no margin for error in the shifty, gusty conditions.
The USF team posted a strong performance finishing with a record of six wins and ten losses.
