Notre Dame Football Recruiting: Irish Extend Offer To Three-Star 2016 RB Abdul Adams

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are the latest in a deep pool of programs who have extended an offer to talented three-star Washington (DC) Wilson running back Abdul Adams:

The speedy 5-11, 180-pound member of the Class of 2016 currently holds offers from the Irish, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Michigan State, West Virginia, amongst many others.

Ranked as the #33 running back in his class by 247Sports, Adams made an early commitment to East Carolina University before decommitting from the Pirates back on November 30th. The #7-ranked player in the entire D.C area for the Class of 2016, Adams will undoubtedly continue to be a heavily-coveted commodity as he enters his senior season after rushing for 1231 yards and two touchdowns on a scant 128 carries during his junior campaign.

He is also developing hands as a pass catcher, picking up 24 receptions for 248 yards and two scores as a receiver out of the backfield.
