Down 4-1 heading into the 8th inning, NC State did what it has done all year: got the bats hot and plated just enough runs to come home with the win.
Thanks to a 3-run home run by SO C Patrick Bailey in the 8th, an RBI single by JR SS Will Wilson in the 9th, a 9th inning bases loaded RBI walk by JR DH Brad Debo, and Bailey gunning down a base runner in the bottom of the 9th, the Wolfpack were able to come away with the 6-5 victory.
