In the first round of the 2022 NBA Playoffs, the Denver Nuggets (who won 48 games while playing with Monte Morris and Austin Rivers as their point guards over Jamal Murray, who missed the whole season, and with Will Barton as their main wing, playing over Michal Porter Jr., who missed almost the entire season), were defeated in the first round by the Golden State Warriors.
The next year, the Nuggets won the NBA title with a healthy Murray and Porter Jr. This year, they’re going to Game 7 in the second round, and may or may not make the NBA Finals again.
