Former Jets wide receiver Lucky Whitehead isn’t living up to his name.
Whitehead, who was released by the Jets last year and is now a free agent, was arrested for DUI on Dec. 23 in Virginia, according to TMZ Sports.
The 26-year-old had another brush with the law in 2017, through no fault of his own, when he was named a suspect in a shoplifting case because the actual culprit gave police Whitehead’s name and his social security number.
Despite being the victim of mistaken identity, Whitehead was still cut by the Cowboys following the incident.
