On The Importance Of The 2013 and 2014 Recruiting Classes:
"Very important…It was very important. Very good."

On College Football vs. the NFL:
"I think they’re both great. I think high school football is great. I think football at the college level, pro level is great. I’m not comparing either. I kind of avoid comparing. Think they’re both great. Like comparing Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. That was a popular one for a while. They’re both great."

On Purdue head coach Jeff Brohm (who coached at Western Kentucky Previously):
"We crossed paths really once, at big ten coaches meeting this summer. But I had known about the job he did at Western Kentucky, specifically. Following his career as player and coach, someone I admired from afar. Having a chance to met him this summer really liked him a lot. Relay impressed with his son – classic coaches son, short haircut. Kid was into football and Jeff is a great dad. That was my impression."

On If He's Talked With His Dad Jack Harbaugh (Who Also Coache at WKU) About Brohm:
"We've had one conversation, about what a great job he did at WKU."

On Wilton Speight Wearing A Glove On His Left Hand:
"Just something we had tried in practice and he liked it ... It wasn’t injury related, something we tired in practice and he liked. I think Eli Manning was wearing a glove and other quarterbacks do that from time to time."

*note: Harbaugh dodged a question about if the glove was related to fumbling*

On If He'll Visit Fair Oaks Farms, The Dairy Farm Where Harbaugh Helped Deliver A Calf In May:
"I've great memories of Fair Oaks Farms. Don’t think we'll be able to work in a visit, due to responsibilities of the football game. That has our full attention, but I do have fond memories of Fair Oaks Farms.

On The Potential Of Purdue's Trick Plays:
"Prepare the best you can on what you have to go on. In this case, the three games. Also what teams have done previously, with other employers. So in this case, Western Kentucky. And then be ready to improvise and adjust."

On Ben McAdoo Criticizing Eli Manning Publicly And If Harbaugh Finds Value In That
"Unfamiliar with any press conference last night... you're asking a general question about how I coach and I’d be willing to have that conversation some other time, but you’re trying to relate it to another quarterback and another team. I'd rather not comment on a team other than my own... I'm not familiar with the press conference and what exactly was said. Happy to have the conversation when it’s not related to something specific you have in mind."
