Rockets moves could return rookie Gary Clark to the rotation

The ever-changing Rockets frontcourt rotation on Tuesday was altered again with the release of Danuel House Jr., who had moved past rookie Gary Clark to be the primary backup at power forward.

Barring other changes before the Rockets play the Jazz on Thursday, including the possibility that House would be re-signed, Tuesday's move could return Clark to the rotation with the Rockets hoping that two games sitting out (save minutes to finish up the rout of the Bulls on Saturday) would allow Clark to rediscover his shooting stroke.

"That's what we're planning," Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said.
