Despite the fact that USF had six players scoring in double digits in its most recent victory at Portland, the Dons shot 31 percent from the field and 16 percent from behind the arc Saturday. The duo of Devin Watson and Tim Derksen, who accounts for 46 percent of USF’s offense, combined for 14 points.

The Zags started off the night strong with three 3-pointers in the first seven minutes of the game. While the Dons attempted to respond with three shots of their own from behind the arc, all resulted in misses and contributed to a 3-point shooting percentage of only 16 percent compared to the Zags 40.
