GU is an 11 seed, and Seton Hall is a six seed. The Bulldogs are in the Midwest region of the bracket.
After winning the West Coast Conference tournament, the Zags were awarded an automatic bid, making this their 18th straight NCAA tournament appearance.
Prior to the WCC tournament that streak was on the line and GU’s fate remained in limbo, but after defeating Saint Mary’s 85-75 in the WCC championship game, the Zags had a moment to relax.
“It was awesome waking up this morning and not having to worry about whether we would be in or not,” Domantas Sabonis said.
