Grades And Analysis Of The Entire Detroit Lions 2015 NFL Draft

The 2015 NFL Draft has reached its conclusion, and it's time to look back on just what the Detroit Lions did in Chicago and how it sets them up for the future. Here's our Grades And Analysis Of The Entire Detroit Lions 2015 NFL Draft.

Picks:

(All player grades based on spot selected, need, etc.)

1st Round: Duke OG Laken Tomlinson [Grade: A-]

2nd Round: Nebraska RB Ameer Abdullah [Grade: B+]

3rd Round: Stanford CB Alex Carter [Grade: C]

4th Round: Auburn DT Gabe Wright [Grade: B+]

5th Round: Rutgers FB Michael Burton [Grade: B+]

6th Round: Texas CB Quandre Diggs [Grade: B]

7th Round: South Carolina OT Corey Robinson [Grade: B-]

Overall Grade: B

There's nothing glaringly wrong with draft, save for reaching for a cornerback in Carter who's likely to struggle carrying over his college production to the pros. Tomlinson and Abdullah are two solid picks, and the back half of the draft has plenty of useful names dotting it. A solid if unspectactular outing for Detroit.
