For the Denver Broncos franchise since winning Super Bowl 50 it has been an endless search for a proper heir to Peyton Manning. Or even a functional starter to help compete for a playoff step for that matter. In came yet another new head coach Sean Payton last season with a goal of seeing if Russell Wilson was the answer and as we all know, that answer was ‘no’ as far as Payton was concerned.
So we enter the 2024 NFL Draft season yet again searching for a quarterback who could help win games and compete.
