The Denver Broncos announced that they have re-signed veteran wide receiver Phillip Dorsett and signed rookie cornerback Quinton Newsome. To make room for Dorsett and Newsome, the team waived rookie punter Nik Constantinou and wide receiver Lincoln Victor.
