It was reported that the Cowboys offered Zeke a long-term contract extension that would make him the 2nd highest-paid RB in the NFL.
There were rumors that Zeke was going to return from Cabo, Mexico over the weekend, but Zeke is allegedly still in Mexico & plans to work out with Marshall Faulk. Zeke broke his silence regarding the Cowboys contract situation & he said he would like to be a Cowboy for life. He also pointed out that even Emmitt Smith ended up playing for another organization, so anything can happen. Jerry Jones also weighed in & said there has not been any progress on an Ezekiel Elliott deal. Will the Cowboys sign Zeke to a contract before week 1?
