The Charlotte Hornets have agreed to terms with versatile 28-year-old forward Marvin Williams on a two-year contract, per Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.
According to Spears, Williams' deal has no bells or whistles attached:

After the Hornets franchise was bounced out of the 2014 NBA Playoffs in four games by the Miami Heat, principal owner Michael Jordan has made a point of aggressively pursuing free agents in order to upgrade the roster. Williams represents one of those upgrades.
The nine-year NBA veteran has 42 games of playoff experience under his belt from his time in Atlanta and can consistently put up 10-12 points and 5-6 rebounds per game with enough minutes. He averaged 9.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game in the final year of his recent two-year stay in Utah.
Williams will get those minutes in Charlotte as his $7 million per year price tag indicates he will be a big part of the team's plans going forward.
