University of Wyoming sophomore diver Karla Contreras qualified for her second event at the upcoming NCAA Championship on Tuesday at the Zone E Championship in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Contreras finished sixth in the three-meter springboard with a total score of 626.05. This marks the second consecutive year that Contreras qualified for the NCAA Championship in the event.
UW junior CeeJay Harris did not advance to the finals. On the men's side, junior Ryan Russi advanced to the finals in the one-meter competition and finished 18th overall.
