University of Wyoming wrestlers Bryce Meredith and Branson Ashworth both earned top seeds for this weekend's Big 12 Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Cheyenne Central grad Meredith (26-1) is the nation's top-ranked wrestler at 141 pounds and brings a 22-match winning streak into the Big 12 meet.
Ashworth, a junior is 31-3 on the season and ranked No. 13 nationally at 165.
In addition, senior Archie Colgan (157) and redshirt freshman Montorie Bridges (133) are ranked No. 2, while senior Chaz Polson (184) and redshirt freshman Sam Turner (149) hold down the No. 5 rankings.
