The University of Wyoming women's golf team returns to action Monday when the Cowgirls play in the Battle at the Rock in Riverside, California.
Leading the charge for the Cowgirls in their first tournament of the spring season are Gabrielle Gibson, Erin Sargent, Megan Knadler, Sarah Hankins and Natrona County grad Caitlyn Skavdahl.
At last year's Battle at the Rock, Knadler fired a final-round 74 to tie for fifth place in the final standings with a 224. Wyoming placed ninth out of 20 teams in last year's team standings.
