Penn State Basketball: Nittany Lions lose another guard with transfer of Nazeer Bostick

In what can only be considered bad news for Penn State, guard Nazeer Bostick announced that he will be transferring from the school. The sophomore never really made his presence felt with the Nittany Lions, but he was looking at a big opportunity for more playing time next season.

With the graduation of Shep Garner and the departure of Tony Carr to the NBA, Bostick was set to be one of the most experienced guard for the Nittany Lions. Now, head coach Patrick Chambers will be left with starter Josh Reaves and role player Jamari Wheeler. True freshmen Rasir Bolton and Myles Dread could play key roles, but they will probably need some time to get adjusted to the collegiate game.
