Penn State baseball's Justin Hagenman dominates Big Ten's best offense in loss

In a game that was arguably that starter Justin Hagenman has pitched season, Penn State failed to give him the run support needed.

Hagenman tossed another quality start for the Nittany Lions on a Friday night, going 6.1 innings while allowing four hits and one unearned run. This was the third consecutive start that Hagenman went at least five innings while allowing less than two earned runs.

“Hagenman pitched an unbelievable game, as good as a game you can pitch,” coach Rob Cooper said.
