Penn State baseball wraps up homestand with St. Bonaventure | What to watch for

This season, Penn State’s struggles aren’t just on the field, but being able to get on the field in general.

The Nittany Lions have been forced to reschedule or postpone seven contests already this season due to various forms of inclement weather.

Penn State will hope to dodge the rain drops Wednesday, as the Nittany Lions are scheduled to hit the diamond against St. Bonaventure in a single-game series at 6:30 p.m. at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

Following Tuesday’s washout against West Virginia, Wednesday’s forecast looks hopeful for the Nittany Lions. There is a 70 percent chance of rain in the morning hours, but the system is projected to move out prior to lunch time, with clouds rolling in afterwards.
