Penn State baseball postpones matchup against St. Bonaventure

Although spring has sprung, cold weather continues to linger in Happy Valley. The Nittany Lions were slated to take the diamond tonight against St. Bonaventure in a single-game series, but due to low wind chills, the contest has been postponed until Monday, May 14 at 6:30 p.m.

Penn State is experiencing 25-30 mph winds today, with temperatures around 40 degrees. By this evening, it is forecasted that wind chills could dip down into the mid-to-high 20s.

This comes after the Nittany Lions postponed last night’s matchup against West Virginia due to rain. A make-up date for that contest has not yet been set.
