Penn State Football Recruiting News: Elite 2017 Offensive Lineman Looking To Visit PSU

Your Penn State football recruiting news update for September 10th:

Four-star 2017 Holmdel (NJ) offensive lineman Micah Clark was unable to make any visits this summer due to a busy personal schedule, but the Penn State Nittany Lions still appear to be in line for a visit before the 2015 college football season comes to a close.

“I’m looking to go up to Ohio State, Penn State, Clemson and Miami if I can,” he told 247Sports’ Ryan Bartow at his school on Wednesday.

Clark has only visited Maryland and Rutgers so far, but the Nittany Lions and head coach James Franklin have still made a major impression with the young standout.

“Just the atmosphere there and how all the fans have bought in and the players have bought in to what they’re doing there,” he said. “It’s just a family atmosphere. I know that they care about their players.”

Clark is currently rated as the #10 overall offensive tackle in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports.
