Patriots reportedly agree to re-sign Hunter Henry on a three-year deal

The Patriots still have major questions to answer regarding the team’s roster, but at least one piece appears to be falling (back) into place.

Tight end Hunter Henry, who led New England last season with six touchdown catches, has reportedly agreed to re-sign on a three-year deal worth $27 million (with a maximum value of $30 million), according to NFL reporters Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport.

Henry, 29, originally signed with the Patriots in 2021 on an initial three-year deal. In that time, he’s recorded 133 receptions for 1,531 yards and 17 touchdowns.
