New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has been cleared from concussion protocol according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. This means he will be playing in Super Bowl LII against Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
Gronkowski was knocked out of their win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game with a concussion. He returned to the practice field on Tuesday and will talk to the media today.

Gronkowski played in 14 games during the regular season, catching 69 passes for 1,084 yards and eight touchdowns. His availability on the field Sunday will likely mean the Eagles will be an even bigger underdog.
