Raekwon McMillan is a former 2nd round pick out of Ohio State and apparently was on the roster bubble in Miami. The Dolphins added a few new pieces at linebacker this off-season and McMillan had fallen down the depth chart, despite starting 12 of 13 games last year. As a cheap depth option who can start if needed, it’s a smart Raiders trade.

Raekwon McMilan’s contract is in its final year. He’ll make just over $1 million this year and that will be his salary cap hit as well. The Trade Details are cheap too: The Raiders gave up just a 2021 4th round pick and got a 2021 5th back as well.
