Here's What Donald Trump Said About Jerry Jones Today, and a Bold Claim About Cowboys Players

Donald Trump tweeted that he spoke with Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones today about the Cowboys kneeling on Monday Night Football against the Arizona Cardinals. Trump called Jerry Jones a "Winner" and strongly believes that he will get his players to stand for the National Anthem.

On Monday Jerry Jones joined the players by locking arms and taking a knee before the National Anthem which you can see below.

Here's How the Cowboys Protested

Over 250 players knelt during the National Anthem over the weekend. The protests were due to comments that President Donald Trump made Friday calling for NFL players who kneeled to be fired.
