Here are the latest Dallas Cowboys Rumors & News! There are several big stories on the Cowboys right now, including Ezekiel Elliott’s off-the-field incident over the weekend, if the Cowboys have interest in adding Gerald McCoy and contract talks for several key Dallas Cowboys players.
Ezekiel Elliott had been well-behaved before the weekend, when he was handcuffed (and not arrested) for pushing a security guard at a concert in Vegas. While the incident falls on the minor side, there is the looming shadow of Roger Goodell to fear in terms of discipline.
Gerald McCoy is now a free agent, so will the Cowboys make a run at signing the talented defensive tackle. Unfortunately, don’t get your hopes up. In better news, all signs continue to point towards Travis Frederick being on the field in Week 1 for the Dallas Cowboys.
Amari Cooper, Jaylon Smith and Dak Prescott are all due for new contracts in the coming months or years and there are updates on the contract talks between those players and Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones. On Cooper, the reports are all over the place, with the latest report being they have stalled out. Meanwhile there are conflicting reports on if extension talks have been had with Jaylon Smith. Finally, is there no hope of a team-friendly deal for Dak Prescott?
