This might finally be the franchise QB the Browns have searched for. The Cleveland Browns were patient in the NFL Draft and landed DeShone Kizer from Notre Dame, who might have actually been the top QB in this year's class.
Kizer needs time, but the Browns won't rush him. And if he can reach his potential, Kizer can be the franchise QB the Browns so badly need.
