Clemson CB MacKensie Alexander Declaring For NFL Draft

Clemson Tigers CB MacKensie Alexander is heading to the pros, per Joe Schad of ESPN:

A redshirt sophomore, Alexander was a major cog for a Clemson defense that keyed the team's run to the College Football National Championship Game.

Alexander was forced to leave the title game after injuring his left hamstring. He was already limited in the week leading up to the showdown with Alabama due to a right hamstring injury.

A shutdown corner with great instincts and fantastic athleticism, Alexander is projected by several NFL Draft experts to land somewhere in the middle of the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
