Walk-offs always feel like a little bit of magic. Whether they are a single to drive in a run during a tie game or the slow build of walks and hits and disaster before runs inevitably cross the plate, they build a ton of drama and enthrall the audience. But a walk-off home run is somehow all of that, turned up to an eleven. On Tuesday Michael Busch hit a walk-off home run for the ages, and a few hours later it has me rewatching the game because I just can’t wait to see it again from a slightly different view even though I saw it with my own eyes.
