BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Little Rock Track and Field men's team won the program's first-ever indoor conference title while the women finished second on the final day of the Ohio Valley Conference Championships on Thursday. The men's team scored a program high 180 points in route to the championship, while the women recorded a total of 125.5 points for the meet.
Director of Track and Field J.P. Behnke was named the OVC Men's Coach of the Year.
Alexia Washington was named the OVC Field Athlete of the Year after capping off her freshman season with a second place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 12.
