TEMPE, Ariz.-- Arizona State Softball opens the 2018 season against Tennessee Thursday evening as part of the 2018 Kajikawa Classic. The matchup is the first of six for the Devils in the annual Classic. This season's classic features 76 games to be played on five separate fields, and includes 28 total teams.
LEADING OFF...
• The Sun Devils return 15 letterwinners from the 2017 roster, including three (Taylor Becerra, Breanna Macha and Giselle Juarez) who earned All-Pac-12 honors a year ago.
• ASU will look to build off their success from the 2017 season that saw the Sun Devils win 31 games en rout to the Devils' 13th straight NCAA postseason appearance.
