Hold the biscuits: What will the 2018 Cardinals offense look like?

For most of the past five years, we knew what the Cardinals were going to look like on offense when in good health.

They were going to hand and throw the ball to running back David Johnson a lot. Larry Fitzgerald would work from the slot, running short to intermediate routes. And a half dozen times or so each game, Carson Palmer would throw deep to fast guys such as John Brown and J.J. Nelson, who were so skinny they looked like they would snap if caught in a monsoon storm.

All that’s gone now.

Coach Bruce Arians and his “no risk it, no biscuit” style are retired.
